Adding water along with vinegar in equal proportion is beneficial to clean concrete surfaces. 
 
Costing of cleaning concrete  depends upon the required surface. However, prices start at 150$ (Exc. GST).
Adding a few cups of warm water (12-15) and detergent into a cup of bleach is very useful for cleaning your concrete. 
You can clean an unsealed concrete floor by using Baking soda, detergent, and sawdust. 
For cleaning a concrete sidewalk, you will need to use bleach along with water in a specific proportion.
